Sunday evening
We took a cab over to ESPN Zone and after some misdirections within the casino, we found Jay, who said the beeper had just buzzed. cool beans. Dinner was eventful, as we got busted (ricky for changing the tv channel and it got stuck to static), i ordered only dessert (apple pie ice cream and a strawberry milkshake) but was too full to touch any of the apple pie, however, in an attempt to prevent an empty glass with ice from tipping over in front of me, I did proceeed to spill an entire full mug full of Dr. Pepper all over my jeans haha. It was right at the end of meal, so I had to walk outside with a wet jean front. We took the tram back to the hotel, and some decided they wanted to hit up House of Blues. I convinced Steve to go gamble with me again, as I fronted him one of my black chips. We first took the tram over to Luxor, as Mandalay only had $10 tables and he wanted a $5. For some stupid reason, Luxor also only had $10 tables and the girls were all ugly, so we went back to Mandalay and finally Steve gave in and decided to play the $10 with me heh. We had a great session, met one hella cool guy who was buff as heck and from the Atl. His hot wife kept walking back and forth, looking quite disinterested. We also had a fun dealer that wore Mickey Mouse cufflinks. April joined us after a while, standing behind us all tipsy, as she had a few drinks. After she stood next to me, I started losing, so I joked that it was her fault and told her to go stand next to Steve haha. She got all mad but she scooted over.. and then I started winning again. laff. As April will say, she was the reason Steve also started doing well, going up about $140, to recoup from some of his losses. I did well at first, and then swung down, eventually hitting a bit negative before I decided to martingale and came back up a miniscule $40, but it was great cause I had a lot of fun. Except for that one older asian HK guy that sat on my right for about 2 hours. He was a horrible player and very selfish, not playing to help out the table even tho he was in first chair. I'm not a big fan of those type of players, especially when they just stay too quiet as well heh. Our watches read 4 am, and since Steve had a flight at about 9 am'ish, he wanted to call it a night, so we headed back upstairs and parted ways. I went into my room, and saw my bed space next to Frank. I had drank a lot of black coffee during that last session, and altho my body felt tired, my mind was racing and my heart was beating hella fast, so I knew I had no chance of falling asleep. I sat on the chair for a few minutes and observed as Frank rolled back and forth haha. I didn't want to have a "steve spooning ricky" incident happen, I changed into shorts and slippers, took off my contacts, and went back downstairs. In all the darkness, I had forgotten my cell phone, which I didn't realize until much much later.
